Journey

Journey es un grupo de rock de finales de los 70 y mediados de los 80 que alcanzó el éxito en los 80, con la incorporación de Steve Berry a la banda. Sus primeros discos pasaron sin pena ni gloria y por ellos cambiaron varias veces de cantante. Pero fue con la llegada de Berry y su prodigiosa voz que empezaron a subir como la espuma y consiguieron varios números 1. Al final, claro pasó lo de siempre. Empezaron a surgir problemas y Berry abandonó el grupo. La banda buscó otros cantantes, pero ya no era lo mismo y fue desinflándose poco a poco. Hoy en día siguen sacando discos, pero pasan bastante desapercibidos.

Yo acabo de descubrirlos gracias a la serie Glee, que adaptan cuatro de sus canciones. De hecho, la canción emblema de la serie, “Don’t Stop Believing”, es suya.
